A visa will be issued only if the Visa Officer is satisfied with the application. You may be required to submit further supporting documents and information in connection with your application when necessary. The Visa Officer has the rights to reject a visa application or cancel an issued visa.

A visa may not always be issued as the applicant wishes. If there is no immediate inquiry relating to an issued visa, the applicant must obey the conditions of the visa.

The applicant should not engage in activities incompatible with his/her status when he/she enters into China. Otherwise the applicant will bear full responsibilities.

The possession of a Chinese visa is only one of the prerequisites for entry into the territory of China. If entry is refused, no compensation in any form can be claimed from the Embassy.

Tourists are not allowed to bring their own bicycles and vehicles into China without previous permission.

Employment without approval in the territory of China is prohibited.

No vaccination is required for short-term visitor except those from/via epidemic areas.
